Thousands of students and hundreds of staff under chhattisgarh Diocese Board of Education CNI institutions are on the verge of dead end.
On 18-3-2015 all the schools of Chhattisgarh CDBE were taken back to Jabalpur diocese education Board to run and administer . But Jabalpur Education Board as well as SYNOD Delhi sleeps like Kumbhkaran meanwhile CDBE at Chhattisgarh harrashly looted by its Bishops and Executive Managing Committee members with the help of various IAS, IPS , DEO etc.
On 13-7-2026 an order was circulated by Registrar Firms and Society Raipur that newly elected members memorandum taken on record under the final order of W.P.1362/2026 . During pendency of High Court Bilaspur writ petitions on bogus election, illegal voters a biased SDM appointed by administrator Collector Raipur conducted the election with full protection of her favourite people in all means reason better known to her only.
To get section 27 certification from Registrar Firms and Society Raipur the SDM / Collector Raipur provide all documents neglecting all objections with affidavits and as per approved constitution of CDBE .
It's a remarkable decision of Registrar although a writ petition is pending at High Court Bilaspur, a PIL 71/2016 objections not been cleared, audit committee made by Registrar and firms society Raipur findings, heavy money transfers and cash payment and others not yet been rectified. yet high money extortion, termination suspension appointment done illegally. An illegal school bore illogical off spring, several FIR pending etc. then the newly transferred IAS in a very hurry passed such order without submitting his reply to High court Bilaspur on pending illegal election petition.
Why is there a need for such an order ?
Why did the upper secretary write on 15-12-2025 to Registrar Firms and Society Raipur to pass a speaking order and cancelled order dated 31-5-2023.
Why ignoring the principle of natural justice after four months in complaint application of CDBE by Shashi waghe under section 32 ?
How illegal members become legal while preparing an electoral list ?
When on 13-7-2026 if an illegal declared committee is taken on record so before 13-7-2026 all the termination,appointment and other orders passed by the so-called committee is legal?
All these questions are in vain and a very interesting fact that all orders passed by our brilliant IAS are appointed to execute in a democratic way but common people fail to understand and implement them.
